Implementation details

Before automation

Before implementation, every document was written manually with pen. This meant order preparation time was quite long and incorrectly filled forms occurred. Client wasn't using Microsoft 365 environment before starting implementation. Therefore, as part of entire process, we also conducted email migration from dedicated server to Microsoft 365.
